摘要
本项研究以羊草等四种优良牧草为材料,以无性繁殖的组织培养方法为主要手段,进行了优良牧草快速繁殖方法、手段的研究。经正交试验选择的山野豌豆的快速繁殖方法:以2～4叶期的胚轴、叶基为外植体,培养在MS+6—BA0.5mg/L和MS+6—BA2mg/L的培养基上直接形成再生苗。1.5个月繁殖系数达到233.08％和584.62％。
We selected four forage cultivars for the experiment of tissue culture in order to get more seedlings and available characters as quickly as possible. Broadleaf vetch was one of them. The materials cultured were the leaf bose and the hypocotyls. They were cultured in the media of MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L and MS+6-BA 2mg/L for new seedlings directly. After one month and a half,the coefficient of propagation reached 233. 8％ and 584.62％, respectively.
