摘要
为促进患者的顺利康复笔者回顾性分析了 33例经皮冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)病人的观察护理 ,认为术前运用健康教育程序 ,对PTCA病人实施健康教育 ,通过评估 ,收集资料 ,分析病人情况 ,确定个体化教育目标和教育计划 ,因人施教。接受教育后大多数病人能愉快的接受手术和积极配合。术后严密监测心电图和血压的动态变化 ,加强抗凝治疗和急性血管闭塞的护理 ,预防伤口出血、感染和拔管综合症 。
Patients undergoing PTCA(percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty) were analyzed retrospectively. Pre-operation teaching and post-operation nursing were taken in the patients. All the patients consented to receive PTCA after per-operation teaching. The change of electrocardiography and blood pressure were monitored after the operation. Through evaluation, collecting data and analyzing the patient's station, then we made individually teaching target and plan. The treatment of anticoagulation and acute blood vessel occlusion nursing were reinforced, in order to prevent bleeding, infection, and extubation syndrome. It's very important for the patients recovery.
