摘要
粉体在外加压力作用下,所表现出的可压性质及行为与其材料本身的化学组成及物理状态密切相关。实验分别考察了没药材粉末及粗提取物,在压缩时的变形性质、结合方式及抗张强度等变化,应用压缩下冲力与最大模壁力、残余模壁力、弹性复原率的关系以及粘弹性斜率与Heclkel方程等参数,比较了中药不同物料的压缩行为成型特性,并从其组成上分析了可能的形成原因。
Under applied pressure, the compression properties or behaviors of powdered materials related closely to its chemical component and physical state. The present experiment investigated the changes of deformation character, consolidation Pattern and tensile strength of different powdered materials and extracted components from Chinese traditional herbal medicines during and after compression. The compression behaviors or properties of the various materials were compared with relationship between the lower punch pressure and die-wall pressure or elastic recovery, along with viscoelastic slope and Heckel equation etc. The propable reasons that caused the results were analysed in respect to the composition and state of the various materials.
