摘要
建立了关于分销渠道的层级、信息处理成本以及最终消费价格关系的简单模型。分析结果表明 ,TPL (第三方物流 )在网络支持下利用信息流整合物流具有较大的利润潜力可挖 ,其中 TPL在信息处理方面的专业化优势以及相应减少的分销渠道层级这两个方面是挖掘潜在利润的主要源泉。还简要地分析了物流整合后的利润在参与各方中的几种基本分配模式。
A simple model for the hierarchy of marketing places and the cost of processing information and final consumption price is established. The analytical results indicate that backed by the internet, TPL(Third Party Logistic) using information flow integration effect is of great potential profits to tap, of which, TPL having professional advantages in processing information and corresponding reduced hierachies can be the main sources to tap potential profits. Also, several basic patterns of profit allocation after integration effects in different sides are analysed in this paper.
