摘要
本文介绍铸铁材质的共晶膨胀规律,铸件的尺寸和形状对共晶膨胀的影响,以及铸件和铸型之间的相互作用,提出了充分发挥铸型潜力,有效利用共晶膨胀的强制补缩新工艺。
This paper introduces about the law of cutectic volume dilation of cast irons, the influence of the sizes and shapes of castings on cutectic volume dilation and the character of metal——mould reactions. Meanwhile, a new process of the forced feeding, which allow full play to mould's potential and efficiently utilizes the cutectic volume dilation, is suggested.
