摘要
运动伤害事故在现今的运动竞赛中时有发生 ,如何全面建立运动员运动伤害保护体系 ,通过立法形式对运动员提供相应的法律法规保护性措施 ,是十分重要的 。
Accidents of sport injuries happen often in sport competitions, therefore it is important to establish comprehensively a sport injury-proof system so that the rights of athletes can be assured under the protection of related laws. This is one of problems called for immediate solving with the rapid development of sport cause in China.
