摘要
知识经济呼唤素质教育,高校体育是素质教育的重要部分。高校体育教师应从人格完善、新时代对高校体育教师专业素质的新要求、专业结构等方面,从新定位自己、调整、更新自己的知识结构,积极适应和创新知识经济时代的高校体育教学、科研、训练。
The Economy-based-on-knowledge arises the necessity for quality education. Physical Education is an important party of education. The P.E teacher must adjust themselves, up date their knowledge so as to adapt themselves to the teaching, research and training of P.E. in the era of new economy of innovation. To reach the goal, the teacher must perfect their personality and professonal skills.
