摘要
本文首先在回顾企业竞争战略理论发展历程的基础上,认为企业应考虑建立面向新时期新的竞争观。其次分析了企业的竞争优势产生于企业知识积累所形成的特定知识优势,企业特定知识优势提供了企业参与竞争的内在的核心基础。最后提出了企业应注重树立以知识积累为基础的竞争战略观,并对这种竞争战略的制定与实施思路进行了分析。
By reviewing the development of the competitive strategy of the enterprise,we tell that a new competitive view should be established in the new environments. Then we think the competitive advantage of the enterprise comes from the specific advantage of inside knowledge accumulation, which provides the core basis for enterprise competition. Finally we emphasize the enterprise should hold a knowledge accumulation based view of its competitive strategy, and also gives advise on how to formulate and carry out a competitive strategy.
