摘要
用1/15 mmol/L的pH6.4磷酸缓冲液喷洒小麦苗3次,可稳定膜结构,减少K+渗漏。SO2熏气后,较未喷洒磷酸缓冲液者K+渗出量大幅度减少,SO2熏气剂量为1.54 ppm×4h,减少了54.11%—81·29%,且依SO2剂量增加减少率更大。表明喷洒磷酸缓冲液对小麦苗质膜透性的SO2伤害,具有明显的防护作用。
When 1/15 mol/L of phosphate buffer at pH 6.4,was used to spray wheat seedling three times,the plasmolemma structure become stabilized and k^+ efflux was decreased. After fumigation with SO_2 the K^+ efflux of wheat seedling ,dprayed with phosphate buffer, decreased markedly.At SO_2 dosage of 1.54 ppm ×4h,the decreasing rate of K^+ efflux was 54.11%-81.29% and the decrease rate was in concert with the increase of SO_2 dosage. Therefore,the authors consider that the phosphate buffer,at pH6.4,has a good protective effect against SO_2 insult.
