摘要
运动团队文化是运动团队在建立和发展过程中创造和形成，并为团队成员自觉遵守和奉行的共同信念、价值观、伦理道德、精神支柱、典礼仪式以及智力因素和文娱生活的总和；运动团队文化具有育人、团队规范形成、运动恢复和精神调节、满足心理性和社会性需要等功能；运动团队文化建设对于实现“育人夺标”的目标，具有重要的现实和长远意义；在运动团队文化建设中应遵循思想性、针对性和综合效应的原则。
： Sports team culture originated from the establishments and development of sports team.The sport team culture with which all members voluntarily comply is the tolal of common faith,valuation view,morality ,spirit pillar,ceremony,intelligent factor,and entertainmentlife.The function of sports team culture are follows:instructing people,construction of team standard,recovery,spiritual adjustment,meeting psychological and social demand.Sports team culture has realistic and long－ termed significance for the aim of 'instructing and champion'.Construction of sports team culture should conform to thoughtful,directed and synthesis effect principle.
