摘要
本文对高校毕业生双向选择就业网络化进行了论证和分析,并提出网络服务的功能,进一步完善了毕业生就业市场机制,拓宽了毕业生就业服务领域和渠道。
The paper discusses and analyses two-way choose the employment network for the graduate of colleges and universities.Advance a function of network service,the aystem of graduate's employment markets are being perfected.
