摘要
提出了在立式袋装机中采用的偏心链轮机构在工作边上链条与链轮的节圆相切点的位置及其间距的周期性变化规律和确立瞬时输出角速度的简单方法;分析了从动系统惯性及偏心链轮传动的多边形效应对输出运动的影响及满足瞬时封合速度最佳工作点的位置。
The ecdentric sprocket mechanism used in a vertical bag filling machine is discussed. A simple method is introduced to calculate the instantaneous angular speed output. The paper also deals with the tangential points of the chain on the sprocket and the changing distance between the two points. The influence of the driven system's inertia and the multiside effect on the output movtion is also discussed. The optimal working points which satisfies the instantaneous sealing speed are decided.
