摘要
根据我国服务贸易的对外承诺及入世后公布实施的新法规 ,论述入世后一段时期内我国服务市场对外开放的程度、主要服务部门及相关立法 ,并在分析市场开放存在问题的基础上 ,提出完善我国国际服务贸易法的措施与对策。
According to the commitment on trade in services of China and the new regulations promulgated and implemented after China's WTO accession, this paper talks about the opening degree, the main departments of services and the relevant legislations in a certain period after WTO accession. The paper also brings out some measures and tactics so as to perfect China's international trade law in services on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the opening market.
