摘要
本文对两年生中林杨-46碱性H_2O_2机械法制浆进行了研究,结果表明:将第一段预处理中H_2O_2用量固定为4%的情况下,随着第二段预处理中H_2O_2用量的不断增加,白度不断提高,当H_2O_2用量分别为4%、6%、8%时,白度分别为47%SBD、51%SBD、54%SBD;在漂率用量分别为5%、6%、3%+3%时,用3%+3%两段漂白度最高;用H_2O_2用量为4%的未漂APMP85%和15%的漂白针叶木浆配抄的新闻纸,用H_2O_2用量为8%、3%+3%两段漂后的APMP45%、50%和漂白针叶木浆55%、50%配抄的铜版原纸和低定量涂布原纸,其各项物理指标均满足国家质量标准的要求。
This study indicate that the whiteness improves constantly with the constant increase of H2O2 quantity in the second section of pretreatment, when H2O2 quantity is 4%、6%、8% respectively, the whiteness is 47%、51%、54% of the SBD respectively; When the floating rate quantity is 5% , 6% , 3% + 3% respectively, the whiteness of 3% + 3% is most high; Using the H2O2 quantity for 4% original pulp make newspaper, The proportion is 85% of the APMP and 15% of bleached softwood; Using the H2O2 quantity for 8% , after 3% +3% two bleached APMP and bleached softwood make coated art base paper and lower weight coated base paper, The proportion is 45% + 55%, 50% + 50% separately Their every physics index meet the request for the national quality level.
