新闻纸用脱墨浆分级后漂白的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了新闻纸用脱墨浆分级的情况,分级后长纤维部分和细小纤维部分的基本情况及其分别漂白的漂白效果。结果认为脱墨浆中的细小纤维部分难漂白,其原因是木素含量高、金属离子含量高和油墨粒子浓度(ERIC)高,如何进一步降低金属离子含量和ERIC值得进一步研究,如何进一步改变木素结构使之易于漂白也值得进一步研究。此外,也可以考虑脱墨浆分级后进行漂白以达到较高的白度,细小纤维部分则可考虑另作他用或另行漂白。 The fractionation, long fraction and fines fraction of deinked pulp were introduced in this paper. The bleaching efficiency of long fraction and fines fraction with different bleaching sequences were studied. The results show that the fines fraction was difficult to bleaching because of thr high content of lignin, metal ions and ERIC.
