摘要
:通过分析控制体重的生理这依据 ,对运动员合理控制体重的途径作了初步探讨 ,并进一步提出了运动员合理控制体重的方法及注意事项 ,以供有关人员在运动实践中参考。
Through analysis of controlling weight,this paper studied the athletes reasonable controlling of weight. Methods of controlling and points to be heeded to were proposed in order to provide references in sports.
