成年甜橙试管苗的根发生、移栽及其与叶表面亚显微结构的关系 被引量:2

摘要 通过对成年期甜橙试管新梢发根过程的连续石蜡切片观察,发现其不定根发生于韧皮部薄壁细胞。扫描电镜观察表明,田间苗和试管苗气孔密度及上下表皮的亚显微结构有明显差异,随着移栽后时间的推移,试管苗叶表面亚显微结构逐渐向田间苗形态过渡。 We observed by series paraffin section that the adventitious roots originate from the phloem parenchyma cells of the shoot explants in vitro from adult sweet orange trees. The bilayer soil method was recommended to increase the survival rate of transplanting of testtube plantlets. Significant differences of the submicroscopic strusture of the epidermic leaf and the density of stomata Were found between field seedling and testtube plantlet and its and transplant into pot.
