摘要
本项研究表明,黄山松在种子吸胀期的酯酶同工酶合成数量最多,活性最大,并与核酸含量呈正相关。对各种源酶谱图的异同点和R_f值模糊聚类两种分析得知,大洋山、开化、临安3种源变异程度接近,金寨、英山为另一类变异程度接近的种源。核酸代谢水平在萌发期与胚根生长量相关,在初生苗期与酯酶同工酶酶带数无明显相关。成苗后各种源营养器官的RNA/DNA值有很大差异。此值与各相应器官生长量也无明显相关。
From this study, Pinus taiwanensis in the seed obsorption water period could compound the most quantity of esterase isoenzyme with the highest activity which had a positive correlation to the quantity of nucleic acids. By isoenzyme zymograms and fuzzy cluster analysis about Rf, the degrees of variation of Dayangshan, Kaihua and Lin'an provenances were close and the degree of variation of Yingshan prvenance was similar to that of Jinzhai provenance. In the seed germination period, the metabolism level of nucleic acids was related to the growth of redicle and in the primary shoot period, was not obviously related to the number of the esterase isoenzyme bands. There was very difference among DNA/RNA values of different organs in the seedling period and no obvious relation between the value and corresponding organ growth.
