摘要
本文报道了利用天然矿物蒙脱石制成高离子电导率及低电子电导率的锌蒙脱石固体电解质,并由它组装成锌锰固体薄片电池,同时讨论了不同配比的阴极材料对电池性能的影响.电池外形尺寸为φ12×2.5mm,开路电压为1.75V,实际比能量可达34Wh·kg^(-1).
Solid state electrolyte of high ionic conductivity and low electronic conductivity made from natural montmorillonite is reported in this paper. Zn-MnO2 solid state thin, film cells are assembled using this solid state electrolyte. Effect of various ratios of cathode material components on cell properties is studied. The cell dimension is φ12×2.5mm. Its OCV is about 1.75V and its actual energy density is 34 Wh·kg-1.
