摘要
本文报告了经骨折内固定术后骨不连的50例治疗结果,通过临床分析,作者认为尽管治疗骨不连有许多不同的方法,但有效的方法应当根据具体条件和病人的具体情况来选择。并对不同方法的适应症,手术操作以及骨不连的原因与预防进行了讨论。
Fifty(50)cases of treated non—united fracture operation ofter interal fixation are reported in the article.By clinlcal analysis to this results.Authors think that although them were many different methods to treat non—united fracture the effection ways should be chosen depending on certain condition and concrete situation of the patients.The indications of the different methods,the operation skills,the cause and the precaution of non—united fracture were discussed.
