摘要
本试验将表面涂有渗剂的碳钢试样,用感应加热的方法,进行膏剂渗铝的研究,试验材料选用20钢和45钢,试样经正火处理,尺寸为Φ20mm×10mm,将配制好的含有渗铝剂、活化剂、填充剂及粘结剂的渗剂涂复在试样表面,经烘干处理,进行不同工艺参数的感应加热渗铝工艺研究,对渗铝层的金相组织、成分、结构特点、渗入机理及各种影响感应加热渗铝的因素进行了分析,并计算了此工艺条件下铝的扩散系数。
Pasty aluminzing by electric induction heating isstudied in the paper. Test specimens normalized, bars ofΦ20mm × 10mm, are made of 20 carbon steel and 45 car-bon steel. The experimental method is that the pasty a-gent, composed of aluminizing agent, activating agent,addition agent and binding agent, is first coated on specf-mens, followed by coat drying and aluminizing, its compo-sition, its structure, aiuminied mechanism and effects onalumnizing are analyzed. The diffusion coefficient of alu -minum in electric induction heating is also calculated .
