本文首先回顾了现代轿车开发的工作任务， 包括概念发展、发动机开发、车辆的设计开发和工艺工程等， 以及开发实施中的关键问题， 如项目战略、制造能力、集成化管理、组织和领导、开发布局等． 然后， 提出若干形成中国轿车自主开发能力的思考．
This paper reviews the tasks of developing modern car including the concept development,engine development,vehicle design and development,and process engineering,etc.As well as the key problems in developing performance such as the project strategy,manufacture capability,integrating management,organization and leadership,development layout,etc.And then,presents some considerations on forming the self capability of car development.
