酶处理条件对杨木磨石磨木浆酶改性的探讨

摘要 用复合纤维素酶对杨木磨石磨木浆(SGW)进行处理,探讨酶处理条件对杨木SGW浆滤水性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,最佳酶处理条件为:温度45℃,对酶样A的pH为54,对酶样B的pH为48,浆浓度3%。在酶用量为01~05IU/g,酶作用时间为2h时,浆的滤水性能有明显提高,纸浆强度性能和白度有所改善。 Aspen SGW pulp was treated with complex cellulases. Optimized conditions for drainage improvement were as follows: temperature 45℃,pH 4.8 for EA and/or 5.4 for EB, pulp consistency 3%, stirring speed 350 r/min .The effect of enzymatic treatment on pulp properties and drainage behavior of the SGW pulp varied with enzyme dosage. When the enzyme dosage was added from 0.1 to 0.5 IU/g, the handsheet strength properties and pulp brightness were improved.
