将黑液循环利用用于稻草的碱浸渍和氧气蒸煮的两段氧碱法制浆,在保持稳定的纸浆质量的同时,还能使细浆得率增加7%~8%左右。
Rice straw was pretreated with low alkali content recycled black liquor at around 90% for about 10min. About 8% NaOH was then added to the impregnated straw to be oxygen delignified at medium consistency. The brightness of the resultant pulp was found to be 45%~50%ISO, whereas the following physical properties were being claimed: breaking length 7.5~8.5 km,burst index 5.0~5.5 kPa, and tear index 5.0~6.0 mN.m 2/g.Screened pulp yield was reported to be as high as 57%~58%. MgSO 4 addition normally pratised in oxygen delignification was found to be not necessary when black liquor was recycled. It was found that with MgSO 4 added in the oxygen delignification stage, when black liquor was recycled, reduction in pulp brightness occurred.
