摘要
目的:探讨形觉剥夺性眼病对眼轴的影响。方法:对29例单眼形觉剥夺性眼病患者,以对侧正常眼作参照进行精确的眼轴测量,测得数据用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果:形觉剥夺性视觉障碍眼眼轴均数与对侧正常眼比较明显增长(P<0.001);视觉障碍时间和眼轴变化相关检验为正相关(r=0.733,P<0.001);视觉障碍发生时的年龄和眼轴变化无关。结论:形觉剥夺性眼病导致眼轴增长,眼轴增长和形觉剥夺时间呈正相关,和发生时的年龄无关。
Objective: To explore the influence of form vision deprivation on the length of eye axis. Methods: the eye axis length of 29 unilateral form vision deprivation patients (22 traumatic cataract and 7 congenital cataract) was accurately measured, the contralateral eye was used as control. The results were analysis with SPSS software. Results: the eye axis length of form vision deprivation is longer than the control (P<0.001). The course of dysopia and degree of eye axis increment is positive correlation (r=0.733, P<0.001). No relationship was found between the age of patient and degree of eye axis increment (r=-0.428, P>0.01). Condusion: form vision deprivation cause the increment of eye axis and the increasing degree is positive correlation with the course of dysopia, but the age of patient has no influence on the increment of eye axis.
