摘要
企业“减员增效”政策的实施对于推动我国经济体制改革起到了一定的积极作用,但同时我们也必须认识到该政策可能引起的负面效应,包括它对财政货币政策绩效的影响及可能带来的一些社会问题。因此在实施这一政策时必须加强宏观调控,同时企业要进一步澄清认识,政府要进一步完善相关配套制度。
The implementation of the downsizin g -for -efficiency policy has played a positive role in promoting the econ omic system reform in our country,but we must realize that this policy may have a negative effect.It will induce deflation and demand decrease,lower the effic iency of financial and monetary poli cy,and bring about some social probl ems.Therefore,when the policy is implem ented,macro -control must be enforc ed.Meanwhile,enterprises must fur ther understand this policy and the government must further perfect relative systems and regulations.
