摘要
试验测定了新筛选的稻瘟病单基因鉴别品种丽江新团黑谷、云玉1号、高粱稻、关东51号、楚粳1号、滇榆1号、滇榆1号×福锦、大理782、单86-3、城堡1号的基因等位性。利用日本单基因鉴别品种新2号、爱知旭、藤坂5号、草笛、露明、福锦、K_1、PiNo.4、城堡1号与新筛选的鉴别品种相对应的杂交,在F_2代苗期喷雾接种对亲本非致病的菌系。结果均无感病性状分离,表明新筛选的鉴别品种与日本的鉴别品种的基因是各自等位的。
Allelic test was conducted in the studies for the newly Screened monogenic differential Varieties of rice blast, namly. Lijiangxintuanheigu, Yunyu No. 1, Gaoliangdao, Kanto 51, Chujing No. 1, Dianyu No. 1×Fukunishiki, Dali 782, Dan 86-3 and Toride-1. Japanese monogenic differential Varieties were used to cross with the newly, namely, Shin No. 2, Aichi Asahi, Fujisaka No. 5, Tsuyuake, Kusabue, Fukunishiki, K1, PiNo4 and Toride-1, After the four-leaf-Stage Seedlings of the filial generations (F_2) were inoculated with differential fungus strains avifulent to the parents, there were no susceptible plants segragated. The results showed that the monogenes in the newly screened varieties are respective 16 allelic to those in Japanese.
