蔓生菜豆结荚期光合产物分配与生殖器官脱落的研究 被引量:7

Distribution of ^(14)C-Photosynthate in Climbing Cultivars of Common Bean during Reproductive Period and Its Correlation to Abscission of Reproductive Organs

摘要 通过田间^(14)CO_2研究,揭示了蔓生菜豆结荚期光合产物的分配规律及库竞争关系。基部叶的光合产物主要供应根部;中部叶以花序为主要库;顶部叶主要供给茎生长点。主茎中未检出分枝叶的光合产物。较强的光合产物库竞争存在于相邻3个花序之间和同一花序内各生殖器官之间。植株中下部花序的库强大于上部花序,同一花序内基部生殖器官的库强高于顶部器官的2~3倍,摘除基部荚,可使花序内中上部花、蕾能获得更多光合产物。外源NAA处理可增加花器官库强。库竞争引起的营养不足是蔓生菜豆生殖器官脱落的重要内在原因。 The distribution of ^(14)C-photosynthates was examined in field grown plants of two climbing cultivars, ' Chunfeng 4' and ' Qiukang 6' , common bean ( Phaseolus vulgaris L.) .In this experiment, a trifoliate leaf at different stem nodes or whole plant were fed with ^(14)CO_2 at reproductive period. Results indicated that each trifoliate leaf and its axillary and two or three racemes below the treated node operated as a relative separate entity with respect to the movement of ^(14)C-labelled photosynthates. ^(14)C photosynthates of leaves in the branch were not recovered in the reprodutive organs in the main stem. Sink competition occurs among racemes nearby 3~4 stem nodes and reproductive organs in different in florescence nodes of the same raceme.Sink size and sink intensity of lower racemes in stem or lower infloresence node organs in the raceme are bigger than those of the upper. Flowers and immature pods exhibiting low abscission contained greater percentages of ^(!4)C-activity recovered than those exhibiting higher abscission.Flowers and flower buds in upper inflorescence in a raceme could gain more ^(14)C-photosynthates if the basal pods were removed.Sink intensity of reproductive organs was increased when they were treated by l0mg/ 1 NAA. It was demonstrated that abscission is related to the unequal photosynthate distribution in the reproductive organs.
