摘要
自我效能感是影响和预测学生学业成绩的一个有效变量,并已成为学校教育的重要目标。以往的一元智力观以及单一的教学评价不利于学生自我效能感的培养。多元智力理论的出现改变了传统的智力观和学生评价观,它通过转变智力观念和教学评价机制提高了学生的自我效能感。
As an effective factor of influence and measure achievement, Self-efficacy becomes a significant goal of school education. Single intelligence and simple teaching evaluation hamper the training of students' perceived self-efficacy. The appearance of Multiple Intelligence transfonns the ideas about intelligence and evaluations of students. With the transform ation of the view of intelligence and the mechanism of teaching evaluation, it enhances students' perceived self-efficacy.
