摘要
本文对SiCp/MR64复合材料的超塑性进行了研究,在温度510℃、应变速率为8.33×10^(-3)S^(-1)时延伸率达215%。SiCp对超塑变形过程中的组织有很大影响,其中主要影响着晶粒长大和孔洞形核及长大。复合材料超塑性低的原因在于变形过程产生大量孔洞。
Superplasticity of SiCp/MR64 composite has been studied. The elongation is up to 215 percent at 510℃ and strain rate ε=8. 33× 10-3S-1. SiCp has heavy effect on structure change, mostly on grain growth and cavity's nucleus formation during the composite's superplasticity deformation. The result of lower elongation in the composite is that there are a lot of cavities generate during deformation.
