摘要
完善政府的社会管理职能,关键在于抓住利益冲突中的热点难点问题,搞好重点职能建设;培育社会自我管理机制,充分发挥各种社会组织的作用;转变政府社会管理观念,积极推进社会管理体制创新。
To pay attention to hot spots and puzzles of the kinds of benefit conflicts is to improve the social administrative function of the government ,make the focal function building better,cultivate the social administrative mechanism by itself,fully exert use of all kinds of social organizations,transform the social ad-ministrative ideas of the government ,actively press ahead the social control system to re-create.
