摘要
目的 研究立普妥对老年血脂异常患者C反应蛋白 (CRP)的影响。方法 观察 4 5例老年高脂血症患者应用立普妥治疗前后血脂、CRP水平的变化。结果 经过 8周立普妥治疗 ,患者总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯 (TG)及CRP分别下降 2 8.13% (P <0 .0 1)、2 1 92 % (P <0 .0 1)、13.37% (P <0 .0 5 )及 13.75 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而HDL升高 9.2 5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 立普妥不仅可调脂 ,也可降低CRP水平。
Objective To study the effects of Liputuo on C-reactive protein level of patients with lipdedisorder.Methods C-reactive protein(CRP)and lipid/lipoprotein levels were measured in the blood samples from 45 patients with lipdedisorder before and after 8-weck Liputuo therapy.Results After 8-week Liputuo therapy,the levels of total-cholesterol,(TC) low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),triglycerides(TG)and CRP decreased by 28.13%(P<0.01),21.92%(P<0.01),13.37%(P<0.05)compared with those before the therapy;high-density lipoprotein,cholesterol(HDL)increased by 9.25%(P>0.05).Conclusions Liputuo can reduce lipid/lipoprotein and CRP levels.
