The growing logistics market has lured many foreign logistics firms into China. Foreign giants are competing in the Chinese market with large Chinese logistics firms and many foreign firms will set up a multitude of companies in different regions. Before, foreign-funded companies could obtain licenses in specific areas, and they were limited to particular regions. Now, China has approved the first foreign-funded (Japan) comprehensive logistics company, indicating that the nation's logistics market is opening up, which means China will further open its big logistics market. This article introduces the advanced food logistics system from Japan.
