摘要
在当前社会转型期间,加强大学生价值观建设势在必行。科学的实践依赖于制定行之有效的措施。首先要坚持正确的政治方向,用邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想武装大学生的头脑,同时要建立健全工作机制,保证任务落到实处。其次,要改进和创新工作方法,充分发挥德育课在价值观教育中的主渠道作用,以高校和全社会的共同努力,铸就大学生正确的价值观。再次,要不断加强教育者特别是“两课”教师的队伍建设,采取各种措施提高自身素质,做到讲政治、讲人格、讲学习,为培养“四有”新人作出积极贡献。
Scientific practice relies on effective measures in the present social reforming period, building college students' view of value must be enforced. First, stick to the correct political direction; arm college students with Deng's theory and the important thought of 'Three Representatives'; establish complete and sound working system; make sure that all the tasks are fulfilled strictly. Second, Modify and invent working method, bring the ethic lesson into full and strong play in value education. Moreover, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, esp. the teachers of 'Two Courses ', trying all means to make qualified teachers of knowing politics, having moral integrity, being eager to learn and make them contribute a lot in fostering the mew type of students.
