摘要
经实验确定了以磷钨杂多酸为催化剂、乙醇和乙酸为原料合成乙酸乙酯的最佳反应条件为酸醇比为2 .0∶ 1～ 2 .5∶1,磷钨酸用量为酸质量的 2 .0 %～ 2 .5 % ,反应时间 4h .反应酯化率达 94 .6 %以上。
It has shown the method of synthesis of tungstophosphoric acid and studied the synthesis of ethyl acetate with ethanol and acetic acid as raw material,tungstophosphoric acid as catalysts.The experimental results indicate the optimum condition as follows:the ratio of acid to alcohol is 2.0∶1～2.5∶1,the quantity of catalyst is 2.0%～2.5% of the quantity of acid,the time of reaction is 4.0?h,the rate of production is 94.6%.
