摘要
对 7,8 ,10mm 3种规格冷轧带肋钢筋进行了 5 0 0~ 5 5 0℃低温退火实验 ,实验使用了 3种工艺方案 ,结果表明 :低温退火略降低抗拉强度 (10~ 37MPa) ,显著提高延伸率 (2 .8%~ 5 .6 % ) ,完全消除了应变时效。实验还显示 ,先时效后退火与先退火后时效 ,钢筋最终性能相同。
To do low-temperature-anneal experiments on cold-rolling ribbed bar of three sizes 7 mm ,8 mm and 10 mm by means of three kinds of method. The results indicate that low-temperature-anneal can reduce tensile strength a little(10~37 MPa),but increase elongation evidently(2.8%~5.6%), and eliminate strain ageing entirely. It also shows that the ultimate properties of cold-rolling ribbed bar are the same by the technology of anneal after ageing or ageing after anneal.
