摘要
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法:采用经尿道前列腺气化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生症186例。结果:疗效满意,术后3月-3年随访,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均8.1分;最大尿流率(Qmax)18.6ml/s,未出现严重并发症。结论:将电切与气化切割结合行经尿道前列腺切除是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的新方法,具有操作易掌握、出血少、快速、安全等优点。
ObjeCtive:To study the effective treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Method: 186 cases of patients with BPH were treated with transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization of the prostate. Results: The results were satisfactory. Followed up for 3 months to 3 years, the IPSS was8.1 on average and the Qmax was 18.6 mL/s. There were no serious complications. Conclusion: Our results showed that combination of transurethral resection and vaporization of the prostate was a safe and effective method for the BPH with less complications. It has the advantages of easy operation,less bleeding, safety, reliability and time-saving.
