摘要
在研究立式金属圆柱形油罐现有计量方法的基础上,提出一种新的油罐测量方法——P.H双参数储油罐测量。介绍了该方法的系统组成、主要技术指标及性能,并进行了可行性论证。
A new kind of method is set forth based on the present-use method of measuring the capacity of vertical metal cylindrical tanks. The system composition and performance of the method are introduced with its feasibilities expounded and proved.
