摘要
以综合屈服极限作为凹模设计参数,根据凹模内壁是否能承受切向拉应力分别分析了组合凹模的受力情况,得到了每层凹模的最佳设计尺寸及其过盈间隙。在此基础上,以VisualBasic6.0为平台,开发了冷挤压组合凹模的优化设计程序。
Utilizing integrated yield limit as parameter of the concave die design, analyzing the force of the composed concave die according to the longitudinal tension stress of its inner wall the optimized structure of per layer concave die and interference clearance were abtained.Based on this, the optimized design program of cold extrusion multiple layers of concave die was developed with the platform of Visual Basic 6.0.
