百色盆地油井水泥降失水体系的应用研究

摘要 本文提出了适合百色油田的油井水泥降失水体系:0.6%—1.2%S27+0.2%—0.4%FCLS+0.1%—0.3%Na_2CO_3(KCl)+0.2%—0.4%SS51。在实验室综合评价了用该体系处理的水泥浆性能。该体系能将水泥浆的API失水量控制在148ml以下并使水泥浆的流变性得到改善。1992年使用该体系施工23口井,固井合格率100%,优质率87%。 A combination of cement additives is worked out for use in relatively shallow wells of Baise Oil Field, Guangsi. It consists of 0.1-0.3% Na_2CO_3 or KCl, 0.6-1.2% filtration loss controller S27, 0.2-0.4% thinner FCLS, and 0.2-0.4% defoamer SS51. For the well cement slurries treated by these additives, API filtration losses can be maintained within 148ml per 7mPa·s in 30min, rheological behavior and ultimate strength are improved,and strength in 24hrs well meets the requirements in performing various cementing operations. The field tests of this additives combination in 23 wells are successful.
