摘要
目的为解决供肾紧张问题 ,探讨双“边缘肾”移植的手术方法。方法自 2 0 0 1年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 10月对 8例供体有特殊情况的病人进行了双“边缘肾”移植。手术将两个肾脏移植在患者的一侧髂窝内 ,改进了原有的双肾移植手术方法。结果 8例随访病人的 16只肾脏中仅有 1个肾脏因为肾动脉栓塞 ,于术后第 3d失败 ,其余 15个肾脏均成活 ,手术成功率 93.8%。结论改良的单侧双肾移植手术简单易行 ,损伤小 ,符合中国人的解剖特点 ,有利于双肾移植手术的开展以及“边缘肾”的充分利用。
Objective Since short of donor, “marginal kidneys”, the low-quality donor kidneys have been used for dual-kidney transplantation. We discussed the methods of dual transplantation in this paper. Methods Eight cases of dual-kidney transplantation were performed by using above mentioned kidneys from Mar, 2001-Oct, 2002. Both donor kidneys were placed into the same side of one adult recipient. Results One kidney had dysfunction because of renal artery embolism and all the other 15 kidneies had normal renal function. Conclusion Dual-kidney transplantation by using “marginal kidneys” will adequately utilize demanding donor resource. The modified method of dual transplantation mentioned above is simple.
