摘要
背景:生物医学工程作为一门交叉学科,在系统分析、各类生理信号的检测、生物医学信号的分析和处理、医疗器械、医学图像、生物芯片等方面已经取得了惊人的成就。目的:基于近几年迅速发展的虚拟仪器技术和自行研发的虚拟仪器开发系统,构建不同于传统生物医学系统的虚拟式生物医学仪器系统。设计:从生物医学信号测量与控制、生物医学信号分析和处理等方面入手,研究不同信号分析方法在生物医学信号特征提取中的效果。单位:重庆大学测试中心。对象:第三军医大学第二、第三附属医院,重庆市第三人民医院及重庆市急救中心,每个医院各抽取50名患者。方法:在患者自愿的前提下,每个医院采样50个患者的数据,对医院现行检测仪器和本文构建的仪器进行对比分析,判断两者的符合程度和本仪器提取生物信号特征的有效性。利用所述信号处理方法及其综合处理技术和构建的生物医学仪器系统,对采样的生物信号进行特征提取。主要观察指标:①虚拟式EEG仪器系统中的现代信号处理技术。②虚拟式EEG仪器系统中分析功能的实现。结果:生物医学信号特征得到了有效提取,同时由于采用了虚拟仪器技术,构建的生物医学仪器系统比医院现行仪器系统具有更好的柔性和扩展性。结论:对生物医学仪器的构建方法这不仅可以推动生物医学系统以一种新?
BACKGROUND:As a subject incorporating many related sciences,biomedical enginee ring has made significant achievements in such aspects as system analysis,detect ion of various physiological signals, biomedical signal analysis and processing, medical instruments,the medical image processing and development of biochips. OBJECTIVE:To construct a virtual biomedical instrument system different from t he traditional biomedical system on the basis of virtual instrumentation that wi tnessed rapid development in recent years and the self designed development sys tem of virtual instrument. DESIGN:To investigate the efficacy of different signal analysis methods in acq uisition of the characteristic biomedical signals in terms of the measurement, c ontrol, analysis and processing of the biomedical signals. SETTING:This investigation was conducted in the Testing Center of Chongqing Un iversity. PARTICIPANTS:From each hospital(excluding the Testing Center of Chongqing Univ ersity),50 patients were selected for this study. METHODS:On a voluntary basis,the biomedical data were acquired from the patien ts, and the instruments in current use in these hospitals were compared with the constructed virtual instrument system for their consistency and efficacy in ext racting the characteristic biomedical signals. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①The signal processing technique in virtual EEG system; ②The realization of the analytical function of the virtual EEG system. RESULTS:Characteristic biomedical signals were extracted effectively by the vi rtual instrument system, which provided better flexibility and expansibility tha n currently used instruments in hospital. CONCLUSION:Construction of virtual instrument not only promotes the developmen t of biomedical instrument system in a new form, but also makes possible remote monitoring and medical treatment by making full use of the rapidly developing si gnal processing techniques,computer technology and network technology,to bring a bout significant changes in the industry of elec
