摘要
目的 观察葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和对氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)的影响。方法 将 6 0例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分成对照组和治疗组 ,2组均给予常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素注射液静脉滴注 ,14日为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组心绞痛疗效和心电图的改善均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后比较和 2组治疗后比较ox LDL降低有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 葛根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效确切 ,同时能降低血清ox
Objective To research the effect of puerarin on unstable angina and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL). Methods 60 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by combination of puerarin and routine therapy. ox-LDL was measured in both groups. Results Improvement of angina and ECG in treatment group was superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Reducing ox-LDL in treatment group after treatment (1.20±0.21) was better than that in control group (1.25±0.34, P<0.05). Conclusion Puerarin has a significant effect on regulation of ox-LDL, and can effectively treat unstable angina.
