摘要
通过对NTTDoCoMo、Verizon、德国电信以及沃达丰4家国际领先通信企业的近年运营情况进行详细分析,认为若要在激烈的市场竞争中获胜,必须在服务与业务两方面领先,在客户关系管理、营销和技术研发等方面加大投资。并且,若要成为世界一流企业,还必须制定长期的发展战略并坚持下去,同时根据企业的发展和外部环境的变化及时调整组织结构。
This article analyzes the operation situation of 4 international leading communication corporations- NTT DoCoMo, Verizon, DT, Vodafone. The author holds that in order to win the fierce market competition, carriers should do a good job in services and operation and increasingly invest on customer relationship management, marketing and technological research. In addition, be a first-class corporation, a carrier should constitute and stick to long-time strategy. Meantime, it ought to adjust organization structure according to corporation development and external environment.
