论述了实施城乡一体化管理的社会趋势 ,就城乡一体化管理中所面临的规划编制、规划审批等一系列问题进行了分析 ,以推进改革的顺利开展 ,指导我国城乡一体化制度的发展。
It discusses social tendency of implementing town & country unification management and analyzes a series of problems such as planning organization & planning approval faced in town & county unification management so as to accelerate smooth operation of reform and guide development of town & country unification system in China.
