摘要
激励机制是高校实施"人才强校"战略的重要举措。论述了高校建立激励机制的重要性,以激励理论为指导,探讨了高校人才激励机制构建的方法,对高校人才工作具有一定的指导意义。
The incentive mechanism is an important measure to strengthen a university by talents. The importance to build an incentive mechanism is discussed. The way to construct an incentive mechanism is presented based on the incentive theory, which offers guidances to talent management in universities.
