摘要
本文研究了晶体谐振腔的参数如晶体吸收,晶体长度,两端反射率,端面曲率半径,以及激光束半径等对倍频效率的影响,在理论上给出获得高效率倍频输出的途径。
A lot of experiments have reported the high external cavty resonant Second Harmoric Generation
(SHG) of low CW Single-axial mode Laser.The laser opwer is between lmW to 100mW. the conversion efficiency
was obtained from 10% to 60%. In this paper, we have a study on parameter of the crcystal lossy, crystal length.
reflection and the radius of laser, which gives us a theoretical gride way to obtain the higher comversion efficiency of
SHG.
