摘要
采用脂肪腈工艺路线合成新型腈纶染色缓染剂——双十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(DAD—12),其技术指标达到德国Hoechst公司八十年代末水平.DAD—12与1227缓染效果比较:DAD—12缓染效果明显优于1227.当使用浓度为0.354×10^(-3)mol/L时,缓染效果最佳。
Dilauryldimethylbenzylammonium chloride ( DAD - 12 ), a new dyeing retarder for acrylic fibers, was synthesized with fatty nitrile technology. DAD - 12, of which the technical specifications attained the level of Hoechst A. - G. ( ERG ) at the end of the 80's, gave remarkably better retarding effect than Retarder 1227, and yielded the optimum results when used at the concn. of 0.354× 10-3mol / L.
