摘要
本文从水资源的价值论出发,分析指出了水资源的整体价值是其本身价值、增加价值、损失价值相互作用和相互影响的耦合价值;探讨了基于水污染造成的水资源价值损失的计算方法,水资源耦合价值与水资源利用模式的关系;提出只有水资源耦合价值大于0,才是水资源利用的经济可行模式。
Based upon the value theory of water resources, the whole value of water resources was analyzed. It is shown that the whole value of water resources is a coupling value influenced by its self value, increment value and loss value each other. Then, the calculation method of value loss of water resources created by water pollution is researched, and the relation between the coupling value and the utility mode of water resources was analyzed. Lastly, it was proposed that the mode of water resources utility is economic feasible only when the coupling value is positive.
