摘要 研究了甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取分离金,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP AES)测定镀金液中杂质元素的新方法。对分析谱线、基体元素和等离子体参数等进行了讨论。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.008~0.019μg/mL,回收率为89.4%~102.3%,RSD小于3.12%。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于镀金液中杂质元素的测定,结果满意。 After extraction separation of gold by MIBK, lead, copper, iron, nickel in gold plating bath were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The selection of the analytical wavelength, the interference of the co-existing elements and the optimized instrumental parameters were discussed. The detection limits were 0.008-0.019 μg/mL, the recoveries were 89.4%-102.3%,and the RSDs were less than 3.12%. The method was accurate, quick and convenient, and acceptable for the determination of impurity elements in gold plating bath with satisfactory results.
